Welcome
I am soooooo excited to get married (and party) surrounded by all our friends and family at Burley Manor. Hurry up June 2019!
I hope you can all join us to celebrate our wedding. Thankfully Bournemouth don’t have a game that weekend…
Venue
We visited thousands (okay, maybe 15) venues, but none had the wow factor. When we visited Burley Manor, we knew this was the perfect venue. The combination of the beautiful manor house and rustic barn was exactly what we were looking for.
We visit the New Forest a lot, mainly because you have to drive through to get to the AFC Bournemouth matches… But we’ve also spent a lot of time on bike rides, in country pubs or stuck behind a stubborn horse on the road.
The venue is in the village of Burley, just 20 minutes from Bournemouth and an hour from London. It’s close to train stations, motorways and airports.
Wedding Gifts
We can’t wait to spend our wedding day with you,

As we’re keen to start our married life in style,

On Wednesday the 26th June we are heading on a 4 week trip of a lifetime around Asia to Bali, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We would appreciate any contribution to our honeymoon from our lovely guests.

Accommodation
Burley Manor is a beautiful manor house with rooms to match!
We’d love to have as many of you stay with us on the evening of the wedding as possible. There are several different room types, all with their own individual decor.

Ceremony & Celebration
The Ceremony
We have use of the venue from 11am, so you are welcome to arrive early to have a look round. The ceremony starts at 1pm in the Barn. Any help in making sure Nathan is at the alter on time (and sober) would be appreciated!
Wedding Breakfast
Yes, apparently the dinner after the ceremony is called a breakfast (news to us as well). But we’ll be having one and it will be delicious. It actually will be because the food at Burley Manor is amazing!
The Evening
Evening party will start at 7pm where there will be live music, a photo booth and the drinks will be flowing. Bring your dancing shoes as anyone seated is likely to be dragged onto the dancefloor by the Mother of the Bride!
The morning after the night before…
The breakfast at Burley Manor is an excellent hangover cure and a great way to start married life.
Also, to make the most of the weekend, and to milk the wedding for an extra day – we will be hosting, a hopefully sunny, BBQ on Sunday. This will be held at the Red Shoot Inn just outside Ringwood. More info on the BBQ here
